Sahara India Refund Apply Document List 2026 को लेकर उन जमाकर्ताओं के लिए जरूरी जानकारी सामने आई है, जो Sahara Group की चार Multi-State Cooperative Societies में जमा अपना पैसा वापस पाने के लिए CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal पर आवेदन करना चाहते हैं। Ministry of Cooperation के अनुसार CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal पर genuine depositors के claims की पहचान, Aadhaar e-KYC और जमा से जुड़े records के आधार पर verification किया जाता है।
सितंबर 2026 में Ministry of Cooperation ने CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal की processing फिर से शुरू करने की जानकारी दी है। मंत्रालय के अनुसार 41.56 लाख से अधिक depositors को कुल ₹9,267 करोड़ की राशि Aadhaar-seeded bank accounts के जरिए वापस की जा चुकी है। ऐसे में जिन लोगों का claim अभी pending है या जिन्हें fresh claim या resubmission करना है, उनके लिए सही documents तैयार रखना जरूरी है।
Sahara India Refund Portal 2026 क्या है
CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal को Sahara Group की चार Multi-State Cooperative Societies के genuine depositors के refund claims के लिए बनाया गया है। इस प्रक्रिया में eligible depositors अपने deposit और claim से जुड़े जरूरी records online submit करते हैं। Verification पूरा होने के बाद eligible refund amount सीधे depositor के Aadhaar-seeded bank account में भेजा जाता है।
यह refund process Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited और Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited से जुड़े eligible deposits के लिए है। इसलिए आवेदन करने से पहले यह देखना जरूरी है कि आपका deposit संबंधित cooperative society में आता है या नहीं।
Refund Apply करने के लिए कौन-कौन से Documents चाहिए
Sahara India Refund Apply के दौरान सबसे जरूरी चीज deposit से जुड़े original records और सही identity details हैं। Official process में depositor की पहचान और deposit claim को verify किया जाता है। इसलिए आवेदन करने से पहले सभी documents में नाम, membership details और account information को ध्यान से मिलाना चाहिए।

Aadhaar Card और Mobile Number की जरूरत
Sahara refund process में Aadhaar का महत्वपूर्ण role है। Ministry of Cooperation के अनुसार claims को Aadhaar e-KYC के जरिए process किया जाता है और depositor की identity को cooperative society द्वारा उपलब्ध data के साथ match किया जाता है। इसलिए आवेदन करते समय Aadhaar details सही होना जरूरी है।
OTP और verification से जुड़े steps के लिए active mobile number की जरूरत पड़ सकती है। इसलिए depositor को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उसके पास वह mobile number उपलब्ध हो जिस पर portal verification के दौरान OTP प्राप्त किया जा सके। किसी भी दूसरे व्यक्ति के mobile number या गलत जानकारी का इस्तेमाल करने से verification में समस्या हो सकती है।
Aadhaar Seeded Bank Account सबसे जरूरी
Refund amount सीधे depositor के Aadhaar-seeded bank account में transfer किया जाता है। इसलिए केवल bank account होना पर्याप्त नहीं है। यह भी जरूरी है कि संबंधित bank account Aadhaar से properly seeded हो और account details सही हों।
आवेदन करने से पहले depositor अपने bank से account और Aadhaar seeding status की जांच कर सकता है। अगर bank account में नाम या Aadhaar details में mismatch है, तो claim processing के दौरान समस्या आ सकती है।
Membership Number और Deposit Account Number
Sahara cooperative society में investment करते समय depositor को membership या account से संबंधित details मिली होंगी। Refund claim में इन details का सही होना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि claim verification के दौरान depositor की जानकारी को society records के साथ match किया जाता है।
Membership Number आमतौर पर membership documents, passbook या संबंधित deposit records में मिल सकता है। इसी तरह Deposit Account Number भी जमा से जुड़े documents में दर्ज हो सकता है। आवेदन करने से पहले इन numbers को ध्यान से check करना चाहिए ताकि कोई digit गलत enter न हो।
Deposit Certificate और Receipt संभालकर रखें
Refund claim का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा deposit का proof है। Official information के अनुसार genuine depositors को अपने deposits और claims का proof देना होता है। इसके लिए depositor के पास Deposit Certificate, Deposit Receipt, Passbook या cooperative society से मिले अन्य संबंधित records होने चाहिए।
इन documents से यह साबित करने में मदद मिलती है कि पैसा किस cooperative society में जमा किया गया था और claim किस deposit से जुड़ा है। अगर किसी depositor के पास एक से ज्यादा deposits हैं, तो सभी relevant records को व्यवस्थित रखना बेहतर है।
₹50,000 से अधिक Refund Claim और PAN Card
PAN Card को लेकर अलग-अलग online articles में अलग जानकारी देखने को मिल सकती है। इसलिए depositor को केवल किसी third-party website की बात पर निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहिए। जिस stage पर portal या prescribed process PAN details मांगता है, वहां सही PAN information ही दर्ज करनी चाहिए।
अगर किसी application में PAN की requirement दिखाई जाती है, तो PAN Card पर दर्ज नाम और अन्य details को application information से match करना जरूरी है। गलत PAN information देने से verification में समस्या पैदा हो सकती है।
क्या Photo और Signature भी जरूरी हैं
कुछ online guides में passport-size photo और signature को refund application के documents में शामिल किया गया है। हालांकि official Ministry information का मुख्य focus depositor की identity, Aadhaar e-KYC और deposit तथा claim के proof की verification पर है। इसलिए photo या signature तभी upload करें जब official portal application process में इसकी मांग दिखाई जाए।
किसी अनधिकृत website या व्यक्ति को बिना जरूरत अपना Aadhaar, PAN, bank details या अन्य personal documents भेजना सुरक्षित नहीं है। Refund के लिए केवल official CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal और Ministry of Cooperation द्वारा बताए गए process का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।

Refund के लिए Application कैसे Process होता है
CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal पर depositor को prescribed registration और login process पूरा करना होता है। इसके बाद claim से संबंधित जानकारी और जरूरी documents portal पर submit किए जाते हैं। Application submit होने के बाद claim की verification की जाती है।
Verification के दौरान depositor की identity, membership details, account information और deposit records को संबंधित society के available data के साथ match किया जाता है। Ministry के अनुसार यह process Aadhaar e-KYC और available society records के आधार पर किया जाता है।
अगर application में कोई deficiency मिलती है, तो depositor को correction या resubmission के लिए सूचना दी जा सकती है। इसके लिए CRCS-Sahara Refund Resubmission Portal का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, जहां communicated deficiency को ठीक करके claim दोबारा submit किया जा सकता है।
2026 में Refund को लेकर क्या है Latest Update
Ministry of Cooperation ने 8 सितंबर 2026 को बताया कि CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal को restore किया गया है ताकि pending claims की processing, verification और refund process को आगे बढ़ाया जा सके। Ministry के अनुसार उस समय तक 41,56,711 depositors को ₹9,267 करोड़ की राशि Aadhaar-seeded bank accounts में transfer की जा चुकी थी।
इससे पहले फरवरी 2026 में Ministry ने बताया था कि 20 जनवरी 2026 तक 39,46,550 depositors को ₹8,429.42 करोड़ का refund दिया जा चुका था। Supreme Court के आदेश के अनुसार refund disbursement की अवधि 31 दिसंबर 2026 तक बढ़ाई गई है।
Refund Application में किन बातों का ध्यान रखें
सबसे पहले अपने Aadhaar, bank account और deposit records में दर्ज नाम और details को ध्यान से check करें। Membership Number और Deposit Account Number को application में दर्ज करने से पहले दोबारा मिलान कर लेना चाहिए।
दूसरी जरूरी बात यह है कि refund के लिए किसी agent को पैसे देने की जरूरत नहीं है। Official refund process online है और Ministry ने depositors को केवल official portals का इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह दी है। किसी unknown link, WhatsApp message या third-party website पर personal documents upload करने से बचना चाहिए।
अगर आपका पहले किया गया claim deficiency के कारण process नहीं हुआ है, तो portal पर मिलने वाली resubmission instructions को ध्यान से पढ़ें। जिस document या information में कमी बताई गई है, उसे सही करके ही resubmission करें।
Sahara Refund Status कैसे Check करें
Claim submit करने के बाद depositor अपने application या claim की स्थिति official CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal पर check कर सकता है। Status देखने के लिए वही details इस्तेमाल करनी चाहिए जो application के दौरान दी गई थीं। अगर portal पर deficiency या resubmission का message मिलता है, तो उसे नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए।
Refund की payment eligibility और verification के बाद ही जारी होती है। इसलिए केवल application submit करने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि हर claim का refund तुरंत approve हो जाएगा। Claim की details और deposit proof का verification जरूरी है।
क्या Refund के लिए कोई Fee देनी होगी
CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal पर claim submit करने के लिए किसी private agent को processing fee देने की जरूरत नहीं है। Depositor को official portal पर उपलब्ध instructions के अनुसार ही application process पूरा करना चाहिए। अगर कोई व्यक्ति refund दिलाने के नाम पर पैसे मांगता है या login details और OTP मांगता है, तो सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए।
Official Portal से ही करें आवेदन
Ministry of Cooperation ने depositors को fresh claims के लिए official CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal का इस्तेमाल करने और deficiency correction के लिए official resubmission portal का उपयोग करने की सलाह दी है। किसी third-party website को official refund portal समझकर अपनी personal या banking information submit नहीं करनी चाहिए।
Sahara India Refund Apply Document List 2026 के अनुसार आवेदन की तैयारी करते समय सबसे पहले Aadhaar Card, Aadhaar-seeded Bank Account, Membership Number, Deposit Certificate या Receipt और Deposit Account Number जैसे records तैयार रखें। जहां official application process में अतिरिक्त document की मांग हो, वहीं उसे निर्धारित format में submit करें। सितंबर 2026 में refund processing फिर से शुरू होने के बाद pending और eligible claims की verification जारी है, जबकि Supreme Court द्वारा तय प्रक्रिया के तहत refund disbursement की समयसीमा 31 दिसंबर 2026 तक है।
